Ramcar Launches 3D Printing Service
The latest addition to RTI's arsenal of high value for money and time saving propositions- the 3D Printing Service.

Turn your product concepts and designs into tangible 3D models in full colours, making your new product development presentations more meaningful and impactful. You can see it, hold it, use it, assemble it, guaranteed to make your target audience more engaged in your presentations.

Just provide us with your product drawings in 3D format, then using our state of the art 3D printing machines, we will convert your plans into real 3D mock-ups in less time and cost. We offer very competitive prices versus the same providers overseas.

2007
Ramcar Motolite Center for Excellence
This year saw the birth of the Ramcar Group's  technical training school.
Ramcar Inc, through its Corporate Social Responsibility Division and Ramtech Inc,  partnered with state-run Techological University of the Philippines and set up an off-campus site for the University.
Nineteen bright students made up the first batch of scholars that were recruited  from the community in Sta Maria Bulacan. They graduated last December 2007, completing two semesters of an accelerated course leading to a Technical Diploma of varying  specialties like CNC machining, CAD/CAM, electrical technology, mechanical technology, mould making etc.
This project fulfills both objectives of giving the Ramcar Group a source of the best technical people, as well as its social committment of helping the poorer families in the community provide a good education and future for their children.

Ramcar Technology, Inc. is now certified to ISO 9001:2000
Certification International Philippines Inc. awarded Ramcar Technology, Inc. an ISO 9001:2000 certificate with Registration No. CIP/3849/06/10/498 on November 10, 2006.

ISO 9001:2000 is a standard process, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), that ensures a company's capacity to provide consistent products and services to its customers. It recognizes the value of enhancing customer satisfaction through effective application and continual improvement of its Quality Management System, and assures strict total conformance to processes, as well as customer and regulatory requirements.

The ISO 9001:2000 certificate demonstrates Ramcar Technology, Inc.'s commitment to live up to its Quality Policy: to provide consistent, high quality products and services that result in maximum customer satisfaction.

Ramtech Launches Its Hybrid Plastic Injection Machine

Ramtech is proud to announce another milestone. We have just delivered our first Injection Machine. Our design features a "hybrid" construction, using electric motors for injection and hydraulics for clamping. The electric motors will allow for faster injection cycles. The first model has a clamping force of 230 tonnes while the next unit we will develop will have a clamping force of 350 tonnes.

2005

Ramtech Delivers First 100% Locally Designed Machine;
Ramcar Technology delivered the first true 100% locally designed battery making machine, a "mechanized lug cutter" that cuts lugs off plates in x-y axes in one cycle. While most battery equipment manufacturers use designs that are similar to one another, the motorcycle lug cutter represents a unique achievement in that no similar design can be found anywhere in the world.

Ramtech Releases a "Four-Cavity" Battery Cover Injection Mold
The company also released this year the first "four-cavity" battery cover injection mold. While previous molds had one cavity only, this is the first time the shop produced a mold that injects four covers in one cycle.








2004

Ramtech Builds Its Biggest Injection Mold
Ramtech built the biggest injection mold in its history, a 1100 x 1250 x 1400 mold to inject a polypropylene tank. The tanks are used as charging tanks in the Dry Charge battery plant.

Ramtech Builds State of the Art Formation System
The machine fabrication department deisgned and built the charging facility for wet charged maintenance free batteries. This system consists of welded polypropylene tanks, the conveyor systems, the cooling system, the fume collection and scrubbing system and all the electricals and electronics. Found only in advanced battery factories, this method of charging is truly a "state of the art" design that Ramcar Technology can be proud of.

Ramtech Produces Thin-wall Plastic Injection Mold
Ramcar ventured for the first time in "thin-wall" plastic injection mold with the order of sister company KFC for a plastic bucket to replace the styropor bucket. After a successful first mold, demand soon grew beyond the capacity of the first mold, and a second mold was made in 2003. Not long after a third mold was done in 2004.
